A Disney Gift Guide for Childless Millennials

December 1, 2019      Leave a Comment

Disney Gift Guide for Childless Millennials

Love them or hate them – childless millennials are a group that can’t be forgotten on your Christmas list! You may be thinking – what is a childless millennial anyway? Quite simply, it is a mid-20’s Disney fan who has no kids, lives on Instagram, and is all about collecting as many spirit jerseys as possible. Never fear, though, as I’ve come up with a complete Disney gift guide for childless millennials!

Disney Gift Guide for Childless Millennials

Ok, I kid – but it IS true that there is a subgroup of people around my age who are very unique in the Disney community. We don’t have kids to share the parks with, but we still admire the wonder and magic of Disney. We’re old enough to Drink around the World at Epcot, but still love riding Peter Pan’s Flight. We’re stuck in a special place between adulthood and our youth, and I absolutely love it!

Thankfully, we’re all very easy to shop for when it comes to Christmas as well!

Do you have a 20 something millennial in your life who loves Disney? Check out this gift guide for childless millennials for all your holiday shopping needs – or maybe for your own splurges!

Spirit Jerseys

I’ll be honest, I don’t know quite where the spirit jersey fad started. It doesn’t matter though, because spirit jerseys are super comfortable and one of my favorite Disney clothing items. Spirit jerseys are now available in a variety of colors and designs. Everything from Disney Princesses to special Disney Parks events are memorialized in spirit jerseys now. A variety of spirit jersey options are available through shopDisney, at the parks, or even on Amazon. This vintage inspired Walt Disney World spirit jersey runs about $45 on Amazon, but other styles may be more expensive depending on how in demand that design is!

LoungeFly Backpacks

Another fad that has been sweeping Disney stores for the past few years? LoungeFly backpacks! This company has collaborated with Disney and pumps out designs at lightning fast speed. Any time a new movie or holiday comes around, you can bet a few designs will be released to coincide with it. Since a backpack is an absolute must need item for Disney, it only makes sense that these have become a hit!

All LoungeFly designs that are currently in circulation can be found on shopDisney or you may be lucky to find some on Amazon for a discounted price. Don’t forget to make sure you’re buying from a reputable buyer, as fakes are sure to be out there as well. Also pay attention to the size you are buying! LoungeFly backpacks come in a mini size, and then an even SMALLER size than that, so be sure you’re picking out the right one!

Disney Inspired Makeup

Makeup has become a true art form in the past few years – both men and women can now enjoy doing their makeup, and Disney has capitalized on this. Various brands have collaborated with Disney to release makeup lines inspired by Disney classics. One company in particular is ColourPop – I even did a video review of their Midnight Masquerade collection!

ColourPop has numerous Disney collections, and they’re not the only ones! FunkoPOP also recently released a Disney Villains themed collection. Honestly, I could probably write articles upon articles highlighting all the new collections as they come out (including that new Frozen 2 collection from ColourPop!) Collections can be found on shopDisney, at various beauty stores such as Ulta or via the online stores of the companies, or on Amazon!

MagicBands

Limited Edition MagicBands have become a fun collectible for many Disney goers. I myself just started buying fun MagicBands, because it is super easy to get them linked to your My Disney Experience account so you can change your band to match your style for the day! Just like with spirit jerseys and LoungeFly bags, every event or movie release usually brings out new MagicBands. If you have someone who absolutely loves unique bands, you can find some great deals on Amazon if past bands have been retired. Current bands are all on the shopDisney site as well! Check out this adorable holiday Mickey and Minnie band!

Graphic Tees

You can’t ever go wrong with a good graphic tee! I love wearing t-shirts whenever I head to the parks, but they’re great when I get home from the parks too. Throw a cardigan over it, or a flannel, and you’ve got a whole new outfit! They’re also great options for people who are a little picky and may not give many gift options. There are so many shirts to choose from, you’re sure to find some featuring your loved ones’ favorite characters!

Tees are available on shopDisney, Target, various department stores, and on Amazon!

Consider your holiday shopping DONE! The great thing about these items is that they’re great for all ages and all genders – anyone and everyone can enjoy Disney, and these items will make you feel like you’re right at home in the parks. They’ll surely light up anyone’s face when they open them on Christmas morning – or maybe you’ll be grinning from ear to ear when you order them for yourselves and find the package on your doorstep!

Don’t forget to do your holiday shopping through Rakuten, especially if you’re purchasing through shopDisney! Formerly known as eBates, Rakuten gives you cash back when you shop through their site at their partner retailers. I’ve gotten almost $20 in cash back from Black Friday ALONE! If you sign up using my link you’ll get $10 in rewards when you make your first purchase! Plus, they have an app too, and you can sign up for cash back when you shop in store as well! There’s so many ways to save!
